Our Employees

Terry Nicholson
Terry, the owner of Anglers All, has been wandering around the West for over 38 years with a flyrod in
his hand looking for trout. He has fished all over the world, for saltwater gamefish,
steelhead, salmon and bass. He has been with Anglers All for over 25 years. Terry lives in a big house out in the country with his labrador retriever, 6 horses,
1 cat, 4 spoiled chickens, and his wife, Lori.

Lori Nicholson
Lori, the co-owner, bought her first flyrod at Anglers All, a Fenwick
fiberglass pack rod when she was 14. Twenty-five years later she married
the same stockboy who helped her to make that purchase, now the owner of the store, Terry.
They have been fishing and hunting together ever since.

Eric Millard
Eric is an easy going guy. Nothing gets him mad, even breaking off a really
big fish. Eric always has a great one-liner. He can help you out (he's been flyfishing
since he was in diapers) while keeping you in stitches

Mike Nicholson
Mike is a recently retired school principal who likes hanging around the shop talking sports and fishing. How he remained so nice after all those years as a principal we’ll never know J

Mike Millard
Mike Millard is another laid back guy who works at Anglers All. Our own handyman
he works hard to keep things organized and looking good around the shop. An excellent
fly fisherman who also helps teach some of our fly fishing classes.

Nick Arndt
Nick's been around for lots of years and has been trout fishing for most of them. He is also Anglers Alls reel (real?) expert and creates a butt splice that is world famous. Now that he is semi retired you can bet he’ll be saying Wahoo more often!

Dick Mill
Dick may look like a senior citizen, but when you see him on the river, you will recognize the red cape
and the big 'S' on his chest. This guy catches more fish in an hour than most
of us will all catch day long. Man can he catch fish! He has been flyfishing since 1950. The old 'coot' hung around
the shop so much we finally had to hire him.

Allen Harry
Allen is a great Alaskan fisherman as well as fly-fishing in the Rocky Mountain states.
He is the Vice President of "USA Shooting" the National Governing Body (NGB) for International and Olympic Shooting
in the US. In addition to his position of VP he is a international competition official and Olympic Games judge.
He really enjoys clay target competition, sporting clays and skeet.

Mark Radtke
Mark Radtke has been working at the store for several years now while he finishes his college education. He is an accomplished fly fisherman and fly tyer and has a great deal of knowledge
about our inventory (which he got from years of packaging hooks)!
Our 4 footed staff - In addition to our two legged staff, we have may four footed
members. On any day you may find one or all roaming the aisles of the store
Kota--Our newest member. A smiling face at age 14 weeks.
He is getting his master, Mike N. , trained for next years bird season
